About Project, Bittersweet
Project, Bittersweet is an Italian Shoegaze / Noise Pop duo formed by Bittersweet (who's real name is Avery) and Mira. They started making music around March 2025, when Bittersweet made some demos while on a school trip, when they got home, they finally mixed and finished the demos with the help of Mira. Their first album "project, bittersweet" was released on april 19th 2025. Following the release of their first LP, they made a second album titled I Don't Like It Here, under the alias "Bittersweet Farewell". Most of the album was recorded in tuscany, when Bittersweet travelled there to meet Mira so they could work on the album. The album was mostly made in the back of Mira's brother's car (wich explains the mostly unmastered and raw sound of the work) and it was released on the fifth of May. The duo's third album "my pessimistic view" was later released on June 1st, with a long message from Bittersweet on the Bandcamp page of the album explaining what the album was about. They then followed the release of the album with three EPs released from june to july 2025, that later got released as a compilation named "River Station's Intermission / Violent Paintings / Purple Man Jumping Off", released on july 16. They later released their 4th album, named "Yuri Rebellion". This album was mostly composed by Mira, with most of the creative process being Her work. They released 4 single for the album: "Blocked & Reported (Again)", "Parasocial Disaster Simulator", "My Therapist Follows Me on Instagram" and "I Don't Know What's Happening!!!!!!!". The album was released on September 5th 2025, with Mira also releasing a message on the bandcamp bandcamp page of the album explaining what the album is about (just like how they did with mpv). Avery also has some side projects (Villemow and Spark of Infinity). They also have a last.fm account: RappLyrics and Mirandamp3
