Prawnhead honed their skills in the streets and markets of Adelaide. They found that the faster they played, the more money they made. They are a mighty, unamplified, acoustic force of nature. Prawnhead don’t play blues, they don’t play country, they don’t play bluegrass nor do they play rockabilly but they play a mixture of all those things. It’s called Bluebilly. Eddie Morrison on slap bass and Jake Morrison on guitar also spend some time as two thirds of Adelaide Psychobilly kings, The Hoodoo Voodoo Dolls.
