About Pone
There are two artists called Pone: A French producer and an American vocalist. 1. Pone (real name Guillem Gallart) came to fame in France and later internationally as part of Fonky Family in the 1990s. After the band broke up, In 2014 he developed the amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and was soon unable to move or even speak. Eventually, with help from the same speech-assistance software used by Stephen Hawking, he could communicate more easily, and even operate the music programme Ableton Live, using only the movements of his eyes, the only part of his body he has voluntary control over. In 2019 He remixed the music of Kate Bush on the album Kate and Me, releasing it free (and hoping Kate wouldn't mind). 2. Pone's is a vocal artist from South Florida with a unique blend of Hardcore street anthems, Southern Blues Country Rap, and a dose of modern Hip-Hop in his arsenal. The “Last OneZ Left” consists of artists hailing by way of Miami Fl. to Brooklyn N.Y. The music is always real and the depth in melodic range is incredible. Definitely a crew to keep an eye on; A group of independent/Solo artists from Dade County, Miami Florida (featured on http://www.streetsrus.com ), in affiliation with Kriminal Recordz, which was incorperated in 09’. He released music in 2011 but information about him after that is hard to find.
