About Pig in a poke
Pig in a Poke is an indie-alternative english speaking Greek band based at the city of Volos. First appearance was April 2005, and after that many live appearances followed, mainly at Cafe Santan rock bar for two consecutive years on a weekly basis. Other recent live appearances include cooperation with Abbie Gale, B-Sides, The Place Within, Fall in Parts, Lunatic Rockets, Fuzzy Nerds, Monsieur Minimal and Pavlos Pavlides & The B-Movies. From the spring of 2008 until today the band is working on their own songs. The album is to be ready approximately soon. Pig in a Poke are: Christos Liouris - vocals,acoustic guitar,keyboards Andreas Tzamtzis - electric guitar Nikos Tsiakaleas - electric bass Yiannis Efstratiadis - drums
