About Phluke Nine
Phluke Nine (Tom Sajnovic) Having started out in music around the age of 9, with 2 years of piano lessons, Phluke Nine has gained many years of experiance in both sound and lighting. His long list of work includes 4 years of theatrical lighting and nightclub lighting systems, sound design for theatrical plays as well as co-owning a mobile DJ business. He couldn't keep from the call of the turntables. In 2005, he made the move into learning the ways of club DJ's as a way to help with the production of his own tracks he is working on. It was at this time he learnt of the joy that this experience has brought to him and knows that he can never walk away from it. Teaming up with fellow DJ's, Phluke Nine has made it into the top 10 Trance DJ's of Canada (www.thedjlist.com) with listeners all around the globe listening in to his weekly show, Rhythms of Clublife, on local radio station CKLU 96.7fm (www.cklu.ca). His primary style of music is Trance, however, he has great joy in mixing and spinning House, Hard Dance, Top 40 Dance as well as Happy Hardcore. Working with DJ JzL, they have created a trance project called "Aphrenya", a trance style production name in which their works and creations will be released under. His respect from his peers is cherished as he always welcomes new talent, either live on his show or included into his mixes. Phluke Nine thanks everyone for their help and support that allowed him the chance to do what he loves.
