There are at least four bands that have used this name: 1. Phlegm (AUS) were an experimental rock/improv unit formed in Sydney, Australia. Members: Oren Ambarchi, Robbie Avenaim, Nick Kamvissis. 2. Phlegm (US) is an American death metal band from Rhode Island. They formed in the late 80s and released two demos and an EP in the early 90s. 3. A collaboration between Cédric Stevens & Laurent Jadot. They released a full length album, Ashes, under Re-load Ambient label. They also worked together under aliases Encephaloid Disturbance and Anxious. 4.Phlegm (US) was an experimental hip-hip/art-hop duo from NY made up of Spoken Word Poet, Brad Hamers and Producer Slomoshun. They released a Demo in 2001 and their debut full-length LP, "One Night Stands With Out Of Tune Instruments In A Room With Blue Wallpaper" in 2002 on the now defunct Three Sides Of A Circle Productions (3SC). Brad Hamers still releases music under his own name and with PZ as Two Ton Sloth.
