About Peligrosos Gorriones

Peligrosos Gorriones were an alternative rock band from La Plata (Argentina) headed by Francisco Bochatón, on vocals and bass. Other members were Guillermo Coda (guitars), Martín "Cuervo" Karakachoff (keys and synths) and Rodrigo Velázquez (drums). Formed in 1991, they recorded three studio Albums. The self titled Peligrosos Gorriones (1993) was produced by former Soda Stereo bassist Zeta Bosio. Fuga was relased in 1995 and Antiflash in 1997. In 1991 they won several prizes as "best new band" in Argentina and they even got to be at the spot 13th of the MTV's Top 20. In 1996 they opened for Jimmy Page and Robert Plant. The band disbanded after 1997's Antiflash and Francisco Bochatón had released four solo records plus two EPs since then.
