About Pam Bricker
Pamela Carroll Bricker (July 7, 1954–February 20, 2005) was a jazz singer, and a professor of music at George Washington University. She was a frequent collaborator and guest vocalist with the group Thievery Corporation, and the voice of their track Lebanese Blonde, which was popularised by its inclusion on Zach Braff's Garden State soundtrack. Earlier in her career, Pam lived in Boston and was a popular fixture in folk and jazz clubs across New England, working with The Bricker Band, performing solo, and in a duo with singer-songwriter Linda Worster. Pam took her own life in 2005.
