OFS early demo first caught the attention of Mark Burgess, Chameleons UK singer, but because of prior commitments and work with his own projects, was not available at the time for production work. Mark forwarded the demos to his manager, Rob Brown, who contacted Alan Duffy at Imaginary Records in Manchester who in turn passed them along to Chameleons guitarist Dave Fielding. Dave contacted the band and agreed to produce them. Working with the band through an intense 4 week period, the resulting songs reflect the spacious production values, intelligence and passion that Fielding brought to such landmark albums as“The Script Of The Bridge” and “What Does Anything Mean? Basically”. OFS represents a unique diversity of talent which spans not only music and song-writing, but also graphic design, video production and sound design.
