The Schönning Group has dedicated itself to a persistent breaking with styles since 2002. Nowadays the group is a quartet and the theme of the year is Nina Simone's recording of the old Donaldsons and Kahn's classic "Love Me or Leave Me." We believe there to be many notes and tones we yet haven't played. Thus we will continue to swing between the frailest folktronica, the sweetest lullabys and the basest jazz.
