OFFICIAL WRECKK Yeshua Barker (Born: January 12, 2000) better known by his stage name Official Wreckk, Born and raised in Chicago’s SouthSide. This American Musician, Songwriter and Record Producer, started making music in high school. Growing up, Wreckk had a passion for sports, participating in various athletic activities throughout his school years. He excelled in basketball and track, earning recognition at the local level. However, the challenges of navigating gang territories and the loss of close friends profoundly impacted him. The daily reality of violence and instability in Englewood made it difficult for Wreckk to consistently attend sports practices and games. To cope with these challenges, Wreckk sought an outlet for his emotions and turned to music. He began creating music during and after school hours, finding solace and expression through songwriting and recording. Music became a refuge for him, allowing him to process his experiences and channel his feelings into creative output. Eventually, he released his first official song, "Dodge Freestyle," inspired by an incident where his 2010 Dodge Charger SRT8's engine died mid-race. After upgrading to a 2020 Dodge Charger Scat Pack the next day, he created a song about the experience, which led to thousands of views and further motivated him to produce more music.
