About Nipper!

Nipper! was an indie-pop lo-fi college band from Great Neck, New York in 1995-1997. The members consist of Chris Gardella (Guitar, Vocals), Donna Lichaw (Bass), and Andy Saroff (Drums). The band was inspired by the likes of Sebadoh, Pavement, Guided By Voices, and Liz Phair. Their songs were recorded on a shoestring-budget, splitting their time between bassist Donna Lichaw's bedroom and drummer Andy Saroff's basement, all on a Yamaha 4-Track recorder.
