About Nil's Jazz Ensemble
Nil's Jazz Ensemble was the name given to the outfit led by leader/saxaphonist/flautist Nilo Espinosa, formerly of Bossa 70, and also featuring keyboardist Miguel "Chino" Figueroa, of latin-funk band Black Sugar. They recorded the brilliant jazz-funk album of the same name in Lima, Peru in 1976.
