About My Beautiful Life

Norman Bahagia (Sweet Memories Punk) and Dicky Devtocky (Sweet Memories Punk) were the ones to start My Beautiful Life in the year of 2007. They intended to channel their loves to indie-pop music as they have joined in their old punk bands. Norman and Dicky recruited Tito (sheriff / top 40). and after that, they recruited Yudhi (Sick So Cool / punk) to join them at bass section, and the band had completely formed. But it wasn’t too long until Yudhi decided to resign as he was too busy with his wedding prepare. To replace him, Vicky (Qmono) joined the band. and again, not too long, Tito and Vicky decide to resign, because they should goes to Jakarta with their first band. so, Zondakh (Rainbow In Sunset) and Adhitya (Nusantara Ethnic Jazz) replace Vicky and Tito. and not too long, Neding (Andjoeran Pengoeasa) also join the gang, and start a long and winding journey to introduce themselves to public. Their very first performances were at November 2007, and after that, My Beautiful Life play consistency at several gigs in East Java and play together with Pure Saturday, The Changcuters, Efek Rumah Kaca, Bangku Taman, Polyester Embassy, Zeke Khasali, The Kucruts, Bottle Smoker, and some Indie musician. Also play together with Zygas, Andra and The Black Bone, Sherinna, and some Major Label's artist. With many Malang's Indie band from random genre, My Beautiful Life had composed 1 song "Heaven", and released Malang Hari Ini, a Red Syiff Compilation in medio 2008. In Early 2009, with ten bands, My Beautiful Life release Indie Opus Today Compilation, and in early 2010, release their first EP, Untelling Story.
