MARTIN ADEBISI . VOCALS/SONGWRITTER/PRODUCER. . Martin Adebisi first burst onto the music scene in 2003 as the lead vocalist for the ’New Love Symphony’. singing a cover of the very soulful hit ’Love Ballad’ originally performed by George Benson. It was working on this project that he first met with the extremely talented Barrie ’H’ Hayes (Mr. Chords) and other members of Black Masses Cameron (Billy the Cat) on rhythm guitar, Luca Campaner on lead guitar and had the privilege of working with his sister Alaena Adams on background vocals. Signed to Tom Tom Club records Martin and Barrie toured the U.K. as New Love Symphony and had the honour of performing at the Notting Hill Carnival, Southport Weekender, The Ministry of Sound, Soul Heaven, Blend, Ibiza, and the Beds Sheffield, Turnmills just to name a few. Martins main musical influences are Luther Vandross, Geoffrey Osbourne, James Ingram, Marvin Gaye, The Isley Brothers, Barry White, Stevie Wonder and George Benson to name a few. . BARRIE ’H’ HAYES PIANO/KEYBOARDS/PRODUCER/ENGINEER. From the age of fifteen Barrie started playing the keys and at the same time discovered jazz and jazzfusion, his heaviest influence being Jeff Lorber, who played a big part in his composing. Playing in various bands Jazz to rock, 70’s covers where he learned his trade. In 1995 while doing a session for Black Masses he discovered Soulful House and went on to perform on a string of recordings. Also with Soul People recording the Roy Ayers Classic Our Time, Co producer of New Love Symphony’s Love Ballad and a list of Black Masses songs. Barrie has also worked with Blaze, Lenny Fontana, Su Boben, Chris Herbert, Angie Brown, Joey Negro, Keisha Jenkins, Delacy, but to name a few. In 2002 Barrie H Hayes released his debut single Celebrate Life with Errol Reid on lead vocals from China Black with Kenny Wellington from Light Of The World on Trumpet. His playing straddles with ease from his vocal house productions to his straight ahead thumping rhythmic latin house through to smooth jazz. Barrie’s main musical influences are Herbie Hancock, Frank Mccomb, Stevie Wonder, Jeff Lorber, Michel Petrucciani, Kirk Whalum and many more. Muzology (formally Trippwuire) was formed in September 2005 and is currently performing semi live PA’s, and recording and performing acoustic sets and with full band. Muzology is not just a Soulful House act, they have gone on to record some quality smooth grooves
