Jason Hardaway (born October 1985) in Cleveland, OH, USA), currently known as Mr. Model, is an American rapper. He was formerly known as “Pitbull” in his early rap career. Early life: Hardaway was born in Cleveland, Ohio. As an infant Hardaway and his family frequently relocated to different areas. He eventually moved to Cleveland’s east side in early 2001. Model has described his childhood as difficult. He spent his early years dealing with police discrimination and racial profiling. Music Mr. Model released his first independent album, Whip Appeal, in 2004. It featured artists such as Jsquad, and Y.K., who also produced some of the tracks. In 2007, Model released (also independently) New Swag New Money, a mixtape featuring completely new tracks. In 2002, he signed with JJR and joined the Jsquad group. Jsquad’s self-titled third mixtape was released in 2005 and has sold well over 10,000 units independent. Model also released another mixtape around 2009, which was his City Is Mine Mixtape. .
