Milla Rumi (real name Milla-Mari Pylkkänen) was born in Kotka, Finland on January 6, 1993. She draws her inspiration from her own life and the lives of everyone around her. In addition to composing, the multi-talented Milla is currently enrolled at the Theatre Academy Helsinki to study acting. Her debut album "Ilot, halut ja valheet" was released in October 2014 by Johanna Kustannus. According to Milla, if you love someone it’s important to say it out loud – and never forget to ask if you fancy something from the shop.
