About Michel de Hey
Michel de Hey's DJ career kicked off with his first release 'Break' entering the US Billboard top ten. Since then, he has developed his funky techno sound to what it is today. He's no stranger to club promotion, with his own night 'Future…' in Nighttown in Rotterdam pulling in the punters from all round Europe since its naissance in 1996. Michel has since invited many international artists to educate the crowd with quality house and techno. Michel is one of the people who took responsibility for dance music and its direction on the local Rotterdam scene. With his talent both as a producer and as a DJ, Michel opened the door to techno and techhouse for generations of clubbers. Nowadays Michel plays all over the world and owns some labels like EC-records and lately HEY-music. MDH is also know as the frontman of the Rotterdam Danceparade held every year in the centre of Holland's Rotterdam
