About Massy Ferguson

Check out the band's website at www.massyfergusonband.com Massy Ferguson is an unsigned Seattle band that started in 2005 and plays at clubs all over the Seattle area. The album was self-financed and produced at the famous London Bridge Studio. In less than two years, Massy Ferguson has earned a name for itself locally and internationally. They have played memorable shows in front of packed venues in their hometown of Seattle, WA, entertained U.S. troops in Germany and played alongside members of Phish and the Grateful Dead in Jaco, Costa Rica. Massy Ferguson represents a fresh take on traditional American roots music. Tracing their influences to alt-country (Drive-By-Truckers, The Jayhawks) and American southern rock (The Black Crowes, Marshall Tucker Band), the band has put together an impressive list of songs and shows, keeping true to old musical pioneers while forging their own path.
