About Marc Perreault
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Marc first picked up the guitar in high school. His desire to keep playing and writing was fueled and grown at Keene State College, where he first met up with cellist Greg Dippell and formed Dinosaur, a pop-folk duo. After a two year hiatus, Perreault began collaborating again with Dippell, along with George Barber (of The Lake and The Lion) and Laina Barikat (of GirlnPiano), along with Corey Stein forming the short-lived band Likewise and the Wayward Ark. In 2009, Perreault, Barber, and Stein teamed up with Morgan Little (of The Mild Revolution) and Adam Hogue to form the folk powerhouse Elm City Orchestra. Now back to his solo work, Perreault is currently occupied writing for a new project.
