About Marc Teitler
Marc Teitler is an english composer who writes musical theatre and soundtracks for film/TV. He has recently been invited by the Royal Opera House (under the OperaGenesis programme) to workshop his opera "Last Rites" and is currently underway on two new musicals "The Island of Komodo", developed with Phil Porter from their work at the National Theatre Studio’s writing week and "Stuck on a Sunday". Marc’s has written the soundtracks to over twenty shorts and two features. Marc was a finalist in the 2005 Berlin International Film Festival’s VW Score Competition with his soundtrack for Thomas Struck's animation "Hearts", recorded with The Berlin Film Orchestra.
