Mamiko Takai (高井麻巳子, Takai Mamiko, born December 26, 1966 in Obamashi, Fukui, Japan) is a japanese idol from the eighties, who began in 1985 with Jpop girl band Onyanko Club, and its first sub-group, duo Ushiroyubi Sasaregumi with co-worker Yukiko Iwai. She quits those two bands in 1987 to go on as a soloist, and release four albums before getting married to her producer Yasushi Akimoto and retiring.
