About Magnús Ingi Sveinbjörnsson
Magnús is an Icelandic musician, born and raised in a town called Seltjarnarnes, just besides the capital of Iceland, Reykjavik. He began to learn piano 7 years old and started drumming when he was 12 years old. For a few years he learned both piano and drums but has now mainly focused on drumming. He was the drummer of a rock band called Envy of Nona for a year, played with 6iJazz (an Icelandic jazz quartet) for a couple of years and is currently playing with Diesel, an Icelandic cover band that has gained quite the interest in Iceland. He has been experimenting with piano and guitar playing as well as some vocals and has been recording mainly covers from other bands and musicians.
