Born in Mexico, Macaco's Nanosound Stockastheuristic Quantum Machina is an independent artist who works with electronic manipulation of sounds. First album Casa (2006) uses only sounds recorded in a simple house with a microphone and digitally manipulated, without usage of any conventional musical instrument. Second album Cité (2008) follows the same technique as Casa, using only sounds recorded in the city and manipulated electronically, without usage of conventional musical instruments. Third album Dra. Color (2008) is a more ambient / downtempo album leaving heavy sample techniques in a second term. Fourth album Las batallas de Santa (2009) leaves studio apart and takes back to conventional instruments and live performance with some electronics. Also member of Proyecto Audiology, where he develops an experiment with many kinds of sounds and rithms to perform unusual tracks for conventional listeners.
