Lula (real name Claudia Stülpner) is a German singer and songwriter living in Berlin and London. She appears on the “Kaliber deluxe”- soundtrack with “Leave” a duet with the German punk-rock icon Bela B. (drummer in one of the most famous German bands “die Ärzte”). Lula was also drafted in to help with song writing duties on Bela’s debut solo album “Bingo”, they came up with the duet “Hab keine Angst”. Another duet is “Nothing“ with Lee Hazlewood who invited her to sing on his historic final album "Cake or Death" as a vocal partner. Last year Lula was singned by BPX1992 for her solodebut "Lost In Reverie". The majority of songs for "Lost in reverie" were produced by Wayne Jackson and Olsen Involtini, who co-produced the Bingo album for Bela B. Wayne Jackson also appears in the role of duet partner on “Come Along With Me”. A further offering from the fruitful Lula-Bela partnership can also be found, “I want” which features Bela as co-vocalist. Wayne Jackson (*23.06.1971 in Manchester, UK)is a singer, songwriter, producer. He is currently living in Berlin, Germany. He formed and fronted The Dostoyevskys. Signed to Go!Discs. The band released the album “Orange” and several EPs. The Dostoyevskys supported Oasis on two legs of their European tour before they were splitting the group in the late 90s to concentrate on solo projects. Wayne Jackson is featured singer on Paul Van Dyk 's singles The other side (radio edit) and "Stormy Skies". He is co-producer of Bela B. 's solo album "Bingo" and guitar player in Los Helmstedt (Bela's Band). In 2007 he produced the "Lost In Reverie" album for Lula. Wayne Jackson also appears in the role of duet partner on “Come Along With Me”. An early version of the song is featured in the German cinema film “Vineta”.
