Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Lucas Karp began his music career at 18 - posting his first rap singles online. After months of traction, his music began to gain a local following as he got more serious about his commitment to the craft. He teamed up with local rappers Watkins, Mevlano, and Waversun to start a short-lived rap group known as 'Lambros'. Although the group's launch wasn't meteoric, it introduced them to a pool of local talent: most prominently, local producers ERIK, Dirty Mike, INDiCHI, & AK49. With these new connections, the death of the group became a symbol of new life for each of the member's careers. LukieB dropped his first mixtape, Back On My Bullshit, Vol. 1', produced by ERIK, Dirty Mike, & Blanco, in the fall of 2017. This release generated several hits, including 'Blessed (feat. Mevlano)', 'BULLSHIT (feat. Jose Gucci & Dirty Mike)', and 'Easy Bake'. With unique vulnerability and a playful murderous streak, LukieB's signature spontaneous style keeps you listening. In his own words, his music is made to "bump on your way to a party, to cry, or to kill somebody." LukieB is one of three co-founders of Rage City Records. In early 2019,Lukie announced the release of his follow-up mixtape while appearing on the cover of Fast-Fi Magazine. On January 29, 2019, LukieB released his sophomore mixtape Back On My Bullshit, Vol. 2 led by his hit lead singles Tuesday, Oregon and, LILAC&MILD.
