Low Budget Bartje is Dutch rapper, born in 1979 and raised in Valkenswaard. When his mother turned 60 he decided to make a rapsong for her as as birthday-present! He wrote some lyrics and with the aid of producer Lange Marc a.k.a. Toon Loos Vis the song was created, recorded and produced in a matter of 4 and a half hours in Toon Loos Vis' studio, Eindhoven city! A video for the song was also shot, but will probably never be released...
