About Lazy Daisy
For more than 10 years, Lazy Daisy is on the road as a power trio playing at well known Rock clubs around the Netherlands. Hedon (Zwolle), Troubadour (Hardenberg), Podium (Hardenberg) etc. There show contains covers of Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles and many more groups from the sixties and seventies. Every cover will be translated to a Kick-ass Rawk & Rawl version in an atmosphere of Beer, Incense & Oil projection. A show with loose-fitting legs, crying guitars, throbbing basses and uplifting drums. They serve you the currants from the Hendrix pulp in a crispy Beatle-jacket with a zip of Led Zeppelin from the best year. Covering songs are not enough for Lazy Daisy. During the years they released a few albums with music of their own. “The Legacy of Jeffrey Dupree” (released in 2002), “Looking out From The Inside” (2005) and “Space Hippies & Blues Cowboys” which was previous released (September 2010) Together with H.J. Bökkers (Jovink en de Voederbietels) they recorded the album “Space Hippies & Blues Cowboys” which became a lovely Hippie Rock Record. The tracks Space Hippies and Motor City make you dwell back to the early seventies because of the Fuzzy Rock sound.
