About Lazer Throne

Lazer Throne is a one-man atmospheric black metal project from Tucson, Arizona, USA, pioneered by multi-instrumentalist Voidseeker Acanthi Novah Anu. The project blends raw black metal with expansive atmospheric, cosmic, and dark-fantasy elements, fusing traditional tremolo riffs and blast beats with synth-driven soundscapes, dungeon synth textures, and dystopian darksynth influences to create immersive, otherworldly sound worlds. Since its earliest releases, Lazer Throne has explored a unique sonic vision that feels as much like a journey through space and myth as it does like black metal. Early work such as the EP Citadel of the Elder Star showcased long, hypnotic compositions rooted in dark atmosphere, while the debut full-length album Tomb of the Lunar Oracle (released June 6, 2025 via Northern Silence Productions) pushes the concept further with a cosmic, narrative arc that draws listeners through celestial ruins, forgotten tombs, and the void beyond the stars. The album weaves melancholic synth leads, eerie atmospherics, and crushing black metal passages into a cohesive mythic experience. Lazer Throne’s music resonates with fans who appreciate black metal that goes beyond raw aggression, embracing atmospheric depth and cosmic imagination while still rooted in extreme metal’s primal spirit.
