About Lars Langs

Lars Langs was a punk band from Ockelbo, Sweden. They formed in 1978 out of the ashes of the punk band Garage with Bosse Andersson (bass), Mikael Borg (guitar), Lars Lang (drums), Ola Lindström (guitar) and Pär Lindström (vocals). Their only EP, "Lars Langs Greatest Hit", was recorded and released in 1979, it now goes for 3-figure sums on Ebay. By then Andersson and Lang had already left the band, but they kept the name. Borg left in 1980 to form The Vertex. Lars Langs finally split up later that year after performing live on Musikfesten in Gävle.
