Kim Myung‑soo (Korean: 김명수; born March 13, 1992), known professionally as L (Korean: 엘), is a South Korean singer and actor from Seongdong‑gu, Seoul. He debuted in June 2010 as a vocalist of INFINITE under Woollim Entertainment and later joined the sub‑unit INFINITE F in 2014. Parallel to his music career, he gained recognition as an actor in dramas such as Shut Up Flower Boy Band (2012), Ruler: Master of the Mask (2017), Ms. Hammurabi (2018), and Angel’s Last Mission: Love (2019). In February 2021, L released his solo single album Between memory and memory before enlisting in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps. He was discharged in August 2022. In March 2023, he signed with Look Media and, in November 2024, joined Universal Records Philippines and GLXY Talent Management for activities in Southeast Asia.
