About Knutmo Five
Knutmo Five are a three-piece band based in the English Midlands, formed in late 2024 and releasing their debut album in early 2026. The current members are Alfie Adams (a.k.a. Radcliffe Camera, lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist), Thomas Ison (a.k.a. Ricky Jamaraz, vocalist and drummer), and Ollie Newton (backing vocalist and lead guitarist). A fourth member who played bass left the band around the time their debut album released. Knutmo Five is a band started by Alfie Adams and Thomas Ison in late 2024, after a few songs were written with no natural home in either of their solo projects. Time went on, continuing to write songs together soon their debut single ‘ No Golf, No Motorcycling’ was released. They released two more singles, both featuring sunvale, before their debut album ‘Dead Stops and False Endings’ was released in January 2026. Taking major inspiration from bands such as Pavement, Los Campesinos!, Alex G and Beulah, their specific sound is difficult to pinpoint, with songs ranging from twee-pop to bubble grunge, and shoe-gaze to emo revival, giving them a unique sound, alongside a raw, yet powerful production sound.
