About KITSCHKRIEG
KitschKrieg is a Berlin-based production team consisting of Christoph Erkes (alias Fizzle), Christian Meyerholz, and Dominik Köhl. Known for their minimalist, black-and-white aesthetic and a signature sound that revolutionized modern German hip-hop, they rose to legendary status through their extensive work with Trettmann. Together, they created the seminal #DIY (2017) and the self-titled Trettmann (2019). Beyond their work as a backbone for other artists, they released their own star-studded debut album KitschKrieg in 2020, featuring the massive hit "Standard". In 2023, they expanded their international reach with the German Engineering project, and in 2025, they released the high-profile collaborative album KitschKrieg x SFB.
