Formed in late 2022 by the lead singer Anais Vacariu and drummer Isac Strand, Kings & Pills is a Berlin-based rock band consisting of members aged between 20 and 22, from Romania, Iceland, Sweden, Finland and Germany. The band gained attention with their debut EP "Chemical Meltdown" , which introduced the bands signature sound of catchy hooks, loud guitars and angsty vocals. Now with their newly released single “Bluff’ they are working towards releasing an album circling around a whole new concept melodically and visually. The lyrics and story has changed significantly since their debut EP, and have matured to a new point of view of the world. Kings and Pills likes to think of the narrator of their songs as a constant evolving character, stepping through themes of misogyny, abuse of power, destruction of the earth, consumerism and greed. The album introduces a variety of new styles and sounds, whilst still staying true to the rock'n'roll spirit. Known for their energetic and captivating stage presence, the ambitious band is looking to take over the scenes of berlin.
