About Kieran Johnson
Kieran is a 20 year old DJ, Producer and Remixer from Nottingham, UK, known for his heavenly melodic plucks and big room sounds. After only taking producing seriously in early 2012, his remix of Let It Go by Alexandra Burke achieved a huge response on Soundcloud and had the track spread across the web. After many further remixes and bootlegs his work progressed through the year after using many tutorials on YouTube and the internet. This guided him in using FL Studio, allowing him to produce his first released original named "Sanity", a trance track. After this and now he still carries on to produce remixes and originals and is currently collaborating with a number of artists including trance DJ and Producer, Alex Wright, and rapper Michael Cook. His remixes show his versatility as a producer showing his ability to span across many genres including Dance, trance, big room, deep, and progressive house. He's a producer's producer, preferring an 8 minutes extended mix to more traditional 4 minute cuts. Whilst creating his own work Kieran also likes to share other peoples running the music blog "Essential Floorfillers" giving people access to the latest up coming music and talent. Along side the blog he also produces monthly mixtapes under the name of "Kieran Johnson's Essential Floorfillers" showing off his mixing skills as well as showing off his favourite tracks from the last month.
