About Kevin Micheal Kappler Featuring Ryan LaGreco
Kevin Micheal Kappler was born in Waukegan, Illinois on August 23rd, 1974. His musical career began at the age of 12 when his sister, Heather Renee' Kappler ;born on July 7th in Waukegan,Illinois, introduced him to the world of entertainment. At his local high school, Kevin studied various Arts and Video Classes until 1996 when he finished College Courses at The College of Lake County in Greyslake,Illinois. At this time, Kevin also worked with his sister as her vocal trainer helping her audition for the "Mel Hayes Band" where Heather Renee' Kappler was one of it's lead singers. Kevin started his self-managed music label World Cassette Record Syndicated (WCRS) shortly thereafter. Just after launching his own sister's career, Kevin made his voice known by moving into the Entertainment sector of music , as Disc Jockey, in 1997. Placing his music on hold in 2002, Kevin obtained his Bachelors' Degree in Computer Sciences/Technology until 2006. After his mother's death in 2005 due to Skin Cancer, Kevin started to write songs. However, Kevin Michael Kappler never published any of them until recently meeting up with guitarist Ryan La Greco, from the Naperville area. Recently, in the wintertime of 2008, "Altered Sensorium Band" was formed and the two musicians experimented in a new form of country music called "Free Form Alternative Acoustic Country Music." "We wanted each song to be fresh every time it was performed live." - Says Kevin Micheal Kappler of Altered Sensorium. (Now A Free Agent After His Guitarist Took A Leave of Absence). "The Audience would be excited to see what we came with out next, as we wrote each song as we actually recorded them, (live) in front of a camera." Kevin then started the Youtube Chrystalyx144 Web site (once solely for personal videos then changed into a channel for band promotional use). "I can't even imagine how these same 13 songs will sound once we get them to the recording studio. These videos are only practice, but live. We will AMAZE YOU!"-Kevin Remarks. Now promoting under the Last-FM and 7-Digital Indie Music Store Web Sites, Kevin Micheal Kappler is hoping to gain a little critique and maybe some professional music industry attention as well. Written from the heart, Such hits like "Melloncoli Daydreams," "Love is Easy Come and Easy Go," "Tender Notions," and "Welcome To My World" are becoming known on Kevin's personal social web pages, as well.
