About Kentucky Parlor Pickers

One steamy August night, three men stood beside a moonshine still deep in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. They were patiently awaiting a fresh batch of their world famous elixir. When these three mysterious men tasted that curious concoction, they were struck with instant musical “jitters”. Immediately, they begin a’strummin’ and a’pickin’ somethin’ fierce on their git-fiddles. These three men, Josh “Cake Boy” Mickelson, Mark “Fire Beard” Thomas and Alex “Danger Boy” Stewart traveled to every glen and holler from Emeryville to Denver spreading the goodness of their newly brewed shine. All who tasted it were struck by the same musical stirrings. This was the beginnings of The Kentucky Street Parlor pickers. If you’d like to partake in this tasty shine then grab your cup and noise maker and come along, there’s a lot of road to cover! Country, Western, Americana, Roadhouse Rock, Bluegrass, String Band, Acoustic, Guitar, Roadhouse, Bonanza
