About Katrin Achinger

Together with Matthias Arfmann (later known e.g. as producer of the German Hip Hop band Absolute Beginner), Katrin Achinger was from 1983 until 1996 the heart of the indie band Kastrierte Philosophen (Castrated Philosophers) from Hamburg. Two albums were released under her own name: 1993 Icare and 2002 Jump.
