About Kathleen Jungles
The young singer Kathleen Jungles has influenced lives in and out of Brazil. Only daughter of Joaquim and Miriam Jungles, she grew up in a christian and musical enviroment where she received a variety of influences. Her mother is a graduated pianist and choir director, and her father plays acoustic guitar and saxophone. Since was a little kid, she used to accompany her mother on the family's practices and always asked for a microphone so she could participate. In the church, she started to sing on the kid's choir at the age of 4, already as a soloist. Always under her parent's care, she started performing on weddings and other events, bringing up the word of God through the music.At the age of 20, she released her first CD "O Dono do Mundo" (The owner of the world), full loaded with pop style worship songs. In 2005, yet with an independent label, she released her second CD "Influenciando" (Influencing), also pop style worship, that she believes to speak up the same language of youth, but also pleases all other ages. Acording to her, this album represents the desire of her heart to influence generations with the love of Jesus, and show to everyone, specially the youth, that it is possible to live a life in holyness and make the diference in this world.Today, with 26 years of age, graduated in publicity and marketing, she lives in the United States since december of 2008, when she got married to Anderson Mattoso, a christian drummer very well known among the brazilian community in south Florida.Rigth now, she is getting ready to release her third CD called "PUREZA" (Purity), wich had the final process including mixing and mastering in the United States. The CD is expected to be released on the second semester of 2009.Kathleen Jungles is for fact, a woman commited with Jesus, she has a sweet voice, anoyting, charisma, and stands up with the purpose of being a mirror that reflects the glory and the love of God to this generation.
