About Käsikääpiöhelvetti

The official MySpace-page Käsikääpiöhelvetti ("Handmidgethell"), a Finnish filthy hardcore band, is a duo-based project combining everything, that is pretty fuckin' loud, in their music. Their first release, "Viinaa, verta & pillua" ("booze, blood and pussy" in Finnish), was fully improvised during the recording. The duo used a 80's stereo cassette recorder as a sound studio, so everybody can imagine the hi-fi-aesthetics. The band recorded their second EP "Huumeita, visvaa ja pillua" using the same technique, this time with a little help from a producer called MC Nikke T (it's not the Finnish rapper though). The third EP, entitled "Koneita, kusta & pillua", was made with a computer, using some old drumming tapes and recording some shit on them. It has a different sound compared to the older recordings, which kind of made the whole consept die. They will never use computers again. The first LP Rauhaa, rakkautta & pillua (Peace, Love & Pussy), containing influences of various types of punk rock and almost everything, is recorded and available for download right HERE
