Fenn was a founding member, along with Steve Debono, of New York City's Scumbo in 2001. Scumbo was actively recording music between 2001 and 2008 and playing live shows in NYC from 2004 to 2007. In 2020 Scumbo started recording again (songs like "Lost and Found" and "Throaty.")
