Singer, songwriter and author, Joanna Barratt, is a woman with spiritual understanding and experience, bearing a fantastic talent for creating songs out of the revelation she has received. During the 60s she was in her church's band 'Sharon People' and with them wrote some of the songs she sings today. Through the 70s and 80s she toured with Pastor Bill Barratt and his son, Maurice, now her husband, bringing the profound teachings of the Sermon on the Mount through song. Her music is a mixture of 80s/90s pop, with hints of classical and rock influences. Her latest album "Only Just Started" features original songs from the 70s and, the songs being formed through trials and suffering, carries undiluted godly messages in every song.
