Joakim Brodén is a Swedish-Czech musician and songwriter. Brodén was born on 5 October 1980 in Falun, Sweden. He is the lead vocalist, keyboardist, and also occasional third guitarist of the Swedish heavy metal band Sabaton. He formed the band Sabaton with bassist Pär Sundström in 1999.
