About Black Jettas
There are 2 bands with this name i think, one is a Belgium band. Rock & roll by 4 young men from Ghent who are already famous for their energetic live performances. They get their energy from the late 60’s & early 70’s (garage)rockscene with a touch of glamrock. But without losing sight of the melody. Black Jettas started out in the end of 2004 and played their first show in february 2005. Since then they conquered several stages in Belgium and abroad. They obtained second place in the Ghent-based Rock Contest ‘De Beloften’, went home with bronze in the final of ‘Oost-Vlaamsrockconcours 05’ & reached the semi-finals of Humo's Rock Rally 2006. Over the past couple of months Black Jettas have recorded their first EP with Sebastiaan Omerson (Pornorama, Dr. Pepper Family) behind the mixing desk. This EP is due to be released by the end of November 2007 and by the end of October 2007 the first single will hit the air.
