About Jazztobakk
Jazztobakk is a strange blend of different genres, mixing jazz and electronica, with dark noisy industrial elements. The band consists of: Vidar Skaget, Atle Kristoffer Olsen and Stein Olav Havnen, and are based in the small town of Kristiansund in Norway. Jazztobakk started out as a two man project in 2005 when Skaget and Olsen began blending distorted beats with electronic sounds and jazz-samples. In 2007 Havnen joined the band on guitar. The band is releasing their self-titled debut album on Symbiosis Productions in August of 2008.
