About Janice Debattista
Janice was fond of music since time immemorial. She recalls performing in front of the mirror, singing out loud to all the songs she heard on TV. She loves all sorts of music but rock, alternative, indie and trip-hop are what tickle her fancy and is very much into anything that involves acoustic guitars and intricate vocal harmonies. Janice is one of the lead singers of the band SALT, which won Best New Comer in 2007 and Best Band in 2008 at the Bay Music Awards. The band gigged extensively around Malta but also abroad having performed in Germany, Gibraltar, Spain and Australia.
