About James McVey
James McVey is a singer song writter originally from Chester, In Cheshire, but now lives on the south coast of England, in Dorset. James released two EP's during his solo career (Who I Am - EP in late 2009 and Letters to You in early 2010) until he decided he wanted to be in a band and started working with Brad Simpson in late 2011. James is currently the lead guitarist in The Vamps, a pop band he formed with Brad, Connor Ball and Tristan Evans.
