About Island in the Sky
Island in the Sky formed in early 2009 in Swansea, Wales and comprised of ex-members of The Autonomy Within, Storm the Walls and I Am Hope. They played technical metalcore, akin to August Burns Red, Misery Signals and Architects. The band split in 2011 Island in the Sky was: Chris Walters - Vocals Robert Horsfall - Guitar Marc Bond - Drums Gareth Phillips - Bass Former members: Andrew Pope - Bass Kael Morgan - Bass The band reformed for one show in early 2012, supporting Hondo Maclean, with a lineup consisting of; Chris Walters, Robert Horsfall, Kael Morgan and Marc Bond.
