The Awards took place in California. She was awarded “Best Female Vocalist”. she was also nominated as “Best Female Vocalist” in March 2004 “Premios La Conquista” (The Conquering Awards). Shortly in April Ingrid was nominated once more for the “Dove Award” through her recording “Exitos de Hoy” (Today’s Hits) from Word Music. Ingrid, of Colombian and Dominican descendants, possesses a particular interpretative quality. One of her greatest attributes is not only to sing with her own voice, but with her heart.
