Mick Kiely is widely recognized as one of Ireland's most productive and versatile musical composers, a consensus he takes to an all new medium becoming Ireland's first AAA Games composer. His extensive music catalog boasts global placements from TV and Film productions to major corporate advertising. A member of IMRO, BASCA and the respected SCREENED MUSIC NETWORK of UK composers. His talents have been sought by many high end publishing houses both in Hollywood and in the UK. Some of Irelands top bands have commissioned the composer for his acclaimed string arranging. In late 2011 Mick was invited to join Tommy Tallarico"s acclaimed Video Games Live show for the Brazilian leg of its world tour where he performed his BODYCOUNT score live with full symphonic orchestra to mass audiences. In early 2012 Mick and his wife Moira founded Games Music Ireland. GMI is a non-profit organisation designed to support Irish Composers wishing to become involved in composing for the global digital games industry. Mick designed the game composers training module which he lectures at Dublins world famous recording studios Windmill Lane.
